Assessments (Mandatory HOA Fees)
Information is current for 2023
Cape Town Village South, through the services of City & Village Tax Office charges "Tri-Annual Assessments" (three times yearly).
Assessments, which are sometimes confused with "Dues" are in fact not Dues. CTVS Homeowners do not pay dues which would liken to a membership fee to a club, etc...
Our Fees are an Assessment which is an amount that a Homeowner is officially required to pay, almost like a tax.
Homes in Cape Town Village South are part of a covenanted community. By choosing to live in this subdivision each home is required (Mandatory) to pay these three assessments every year:
* Regular Assessment
* Trash Assessment
* Special Assessment
These sums of money go to the Homeowners Association (HOA). At Cape Town Village South the money is collected by City & Village Tax Office
